Maja (pronounced like Maya- it’s Norwegian!) is a Midwest transplant who loves living in the PNW. She can most often be found camping in the mountains, exploring a thrift store, or curled up with a good book. Her favorite things in life are her two cats, Crasket and Figgy, her sweet partner, and spending all her money collecting vintage clothes and houseplants.

Amalia is proud to be a part of the team at South Sound Pediatrics as the community health worker. She is passionate about empowering others and making connections with folks in the community. In her free time, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, searching for agates on the beach, and spending time with loved ones. She believes that love and kindness can never be wasted.

Emily has lived in Washington her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her partner and her family or reading books. She has one cat named Chihiro who she spoils very much. She is very excited to work in pediatrics and get to see all the kiddos as they grow.

Kiarah is very excited to meet all of the wonderful kiddos and parents who attend the clinic! She enjoys spending her weekends in Seattle, exploring thrift or antique shops, and going to the zoo with her younger siblings. She also likes going out on spontaneous road trips around the state with her friends. She spends most of her time taking care of and cuddling her 20lb one-year-old ragdoll cat Mr. President!

Laura is the mother of two little girls, one of whom is autistic. She is passionate about learning new things to support her daughters and loves spending her free time enjoying the outdoors with them, hiking, or swimming! Laura has previous experience in the medical field as an administrative assistant, and hopes to continue her education in the near future with the goal of becoming an RN.

She is a Graduate of California State University, Fresno, and spends her free time serving her community as a volunteer Firefighter.
