The signup for the Patient Portal can be found on the Patient Portal page.

Is it true that once my child turns 13 I will no longer have access to their medical records?

Any minor thirteen years or older may request and receive outpatient treatment without the consent of the minor’s parent. Parental authorization, or authorization from a person who may consent on behalf of the minor pursuant to RCW 7.70.065, is required for outpatient treatment of a minor under the age of thirteen. This includes access to online medical records (patient portal).

How do I get a copy of my child’s medical records?

A release of information consent form is required any time we print anything from your child’s chart. Per Washington state law once your child turns 13 years old their signature is also required for the release of protected health information.

The consent form is available in the office, online or on our website. Requests can take 7-10 days for processing.
